Shipping Policy - Equipment
At Zuma Sales LLC, we understand the importance of reliable and timely shipping of construction equipment and trailers purchased from us. We offer LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping for our equipment, which means that your item will be transported alongside other cargo to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Below are the terms and conditions of our LTL shipping policy:
Shipping Rates and Payment:
All shipping rates are quoted individually depending on the customer's location, the size of the product, and the requested delivery time. Full payment is due prior to the release and shipping of the unit.
Unloading Fees:
Unloading fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do assist with finding solutions for unloading at the customer's location. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is a safe and appropriate location for unloading. Any additional fees associated with unloading, such as forklift or crane rentals, are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery and Inspection:
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and the availability of our shipping partners. The estimated delivery time will be provided to the customer once the order is confirmed. We also give the transport company the site contacts phone number to coordinate with them as they get closer to the delivery location. The customer or their authorized representative must be present at the delivery location at the time of unloading to receive the unit and sign the Bill of Lading.
Product Damage:
Should there be any damage to the product(s) during transport, it is the receiver's responsibility to take photos and note it on the Bill of Lading. This is important for insurance and warranty purposes, as it will enable us to file a claim on your behalf. Failure to note any damage on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery may result in the denial of any claims for damages.
We take every precaution to ensure that your product is delivered in the best possible condition. However, in the event of damage during transport, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
